Security and data
Your clinic trusts us with patient records. Here is, in plain words, how we look after them.
Your clinic owns the data
Patient records belong to your clinic. We process them only to run Slashpulse for you, on your instructions.
- Export your data at any time in a standard format
- If you stop using Slashpulse, we give you a full export and then delete your data, except where the law requires us to keep it
- We never sell patient data or use it for advertising
Stored in India
Patient data is stored on servers located in India.
- Encrypted when it travels between your clinic and our servers
- Encrypted where it is stored
- Regular backups
Access control
Only the right people see patient information.
- Role-based access for doctors, front desk, billing and admin
- Every access to patient records is logged
- Owners can remove a staff member’s access immediately
The law we follow
We build Slashpulse to meet India’s data protection law.
- Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its Rules
- A written data processing agreement with every clinic
- A breach response plan, including prompt notice to affected clinics
ABDM
We are integrating with the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission, so clinics can create and link ABHA numbers and share records with patient consent.
- Facility (HFR) and doctor (HPR) registration help during setup
- Ask us for the current integration status
Questions from your IT person or lawyer?
We are happy to walk through our security setup and share our data processing agreement before you sign anything.

- A founding-clinic price, fixed for your first 12 months
- A direct line to the team building the product
- No obligation to continue after the pilot
