This policy covers people who visit our website or contact us. Patient records that clinics keep in the Slashpulse product are covered by each clinic’s agreement with us. For those records, the clinic decides how the data is used, and we process it only on the clinic’s instructions.
What we collect
- Details you choose to send us, such as your name, clinic name, phone number, email address and message.
- Basic technical information that web servers record automatically, such as your IP address and browser type, kept for security and to keep the site running.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to you and arrange a demo.
- To send you information about Slashpulse that you have asked for.
- To keep this website secure.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not send marketing messages unless you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run our business, such as email and messaging providers, under agreements that protect your data. If you contact us through WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy also apply.

We keep your details only as long as we need them for the purposes above, or as required by law.
